Join now >O.J. Howard (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 8.
Howard is dealing with a hamstring issue, and it’s apparently bad enough that the Bucs don’t want to test him in pregame warmups this Sunday. Cameron Brate immediately works his way onto the TE1 radar at a shallow position given his chemistry with quarterback Jameis Winston. Howard likely just happened to sustain the injury as Tampa Bay returns from the bye, but it would not be surprising if he was being held out in part because of a potential trade ahead of Tuesday’s deadline.

Chris Herndon (hamstring) will be limited in today’s practice.
This indicates Herndon should have a pretty good chance to make his 2019 debut this Sunday against the Jaguars. We’ll track the second-year tight end’s practice status the next couple of days, but he’s worth a look as a fantasy pickup at a very shallow position.

Case Keenum (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of tonight’s game.
This is really unfortunate for Keenum, who had been playing well tonight versus his former Vikings team. First-round rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins will get the entire second half against Mike Zimmer’s defense tonight, which will be interesting to watch. Keenum is now in concussion protocol and will have ten days to get cleared for a Week 9 matchup against the Bills. Before leaving tonight’s game, Keenum was 12/16 for 130 yards.

Nick Foles (collarbone) will practice today.
Foles isn’t eligible to return until Week 11, but it’s still a great sign that he’s going to practice on a limited basis. Of course, Gardner Minshew has made a case to keep the starting job over the past several weeks, but we would be surprised if Foles was not under center when he’s back. It’s worth noting that the schedule doesn’t look very difficult in December (v TB, v LAC, @ OAK, @ ATL, v IND) for those in two-quarterback leagues looking to stash the former Super Bowl MVP.

Case Keenum is being evaluated for a concussion.
At the start of the second half, first-round rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins is suddenly in the game as Keenum gets looked. Keenum is officially questionable to return, and we’ll update you when more information becomes available on his status.
10/24/19 - 09:47 PM ET
The Seahawks signed Penny Hart to the practice squad.
Hart is a 2019 undrafted receiver that was previously with the Colts. Hart is an interesting player at six-foot-eight with explosiveness, but he’s not on the fantasy radar at the moment.
10/22/19 - 06:31 PM ET
Adrian Peterson (ankle) is officially active for Week 8.
Peterson was officially listed as questionable entering tonight, but there was little doubt he would be ready to face his former Vikings team on Thursday Night Football. At less than 100%, Peterson might be limited some, but he should still get a heavy workload and remains on the FLEX radar for Week 8.
