Join now >The Raiders have re-signed Dwayne Harris.
Harris was exceptional in his first year as the team’s return man (including a memorable punt return score on Christmas Eve), and he should once again make an impact in the role next season. The veteran isn’t on the fantasy radar as mostly depth on offense.

The Dolphins signed Ryan Fitzpatrick, according to multiple reports.
After missing out on Tyrod Taylor and Teddy Bridgewater, Miami has its veteran starting quarterback (at least at the moment). This is the 36-year-old’s eighth NFL team, and his third AFC East team (he’s previously played for the Bills and Jets). Fitzpatrick had an excellent stretch for the Bucs last season, becoming the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for 400 yards in three consecutive games, and he has plenty of experience with 141 career games and 126 starts. It’s fitting that Fitzpatrick signed on St. Patrick’s Day, and we’ll see if he can work some magic with the Dolphins.

Tyler Eifert is re-signing with the Bengals on a one-year deal, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Cincinnati already re-signed C.J. Uzomah earlier this week, and now they’re also keeping another six-foot-six target in the tight end mix. Eifert’s big issue has been staying healthy, but he’s only 28 years old and will hopefully have his luck turn for him in 2019 and beyond. The former 13-touchdown scorer (in 2015) could have some upside in Zac Taylor’s offense if he’s able to stay on the field, but he’ll likely go at the very end of fantasy drafts (or on the waiver wire to open the year) this summer.

The Falcons re-signed Logan Paulsen to a one-year deal.
Paulsen had nine receptions for 91 yards and a touchdown for Atlanta last season, and he’ll again contribute as more of a run-blocker and situational receiver. The veteran tight end likely won’t deliver much fantasy value in 2019.

The Jaguars are signing Chris Conley, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
Conley has been a solid complimentary piece for the Chiefs his first four NFL seasons after being drafted in the third round by Kansas City in 2015. Last season, he had five touchdowns, but he saw just 52 targets as a better real-life contributor than fantasy asset. In Jacksonville, Conley should have an opportunity to win a starting job and a big role with new quarterback Nick Foles under-center for the Jags, and it won’t be surprising if the 26-year-old breaks out and becomes a viable fantasy option. The Georgia product ran a 4.35 with an insane 45-inch vertical during his pre-draft process, and he’s a willing blocker—he should see the field a good amount in 2019.

UPDATE: Tyreek Hill is being investigated for two incidents, according to KCTV.
KCTV obtained two police reports: one from March 5 and one from March 14. The second incident didn’t lost Hill’s name, but it happened at his address and resulted in his 3-year-old son sustaining a broken arm. Aside from the police investigation, the Chiefs are looking into the matter themselves, and the NFL is almost certainly doing their thing, too. This situation likely complicates the potential record-breaking contract extension Hill might’ve received in the coming months, but we’ll see what happens when more information becomes available.

Cam Newton says he’s now a vegan and is looking to cut weight.
Newton has a YouTube vlog, and he said that he wants to be as small as he can this offseason, hopefully down into the 235-238-pound range. The former league MVP added that he was as light as he’s been last offseason when he was 242 pounds. This change to veganism will likely help Newton get slimmer, which would likely make him faster—a good sign that he’ll keep his athleticism at its height longer as he approaches age 30 this summer. The bigger storyline for Newton leading up to next season is his right throwing shoulder, but he appears to be making great progress and will hopefully be ready to go for the start of training camp.
